Welcome to the 2009 Julian High School Registration Center! In an effort to simplify the completion and printing of documents, we have streamlined the required forms into one document. This new format allows you to enter the required information directly from your computer, then print with one click and sign where indicated. In the Registration Documents Folder, open "Registration Packet". The first page of this document is the Registration Checklist, followed by the required forms. Scroll down the pages to view all documents. use the Registration Checklist document to verify that all necessary pages have been completed prior to coming to Arena Registration on Monday, August 3, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Please read each of the documents carefully, then print and sign where necessary. Feel free to contact the high school office if you have any questions.
